Jeff Thwaites has been my technical coach for over the last 2 years. I train along with my brother Lorenzo with Jeff every week for 2-3 hours plus one complete week in summer. With Jeff I have improved my overall technique so I can perform to the best of my abilities any function my coaches and teammates need from me in the pitch.
Things like what position of my body and foot is best when striking or passing the ball, hundreds of repetitions using both feet in different scenarios and even my form when running and the maintenance of high speed throughout the duration of my run are some of the things I practice every week.
